About Me
I'm a self-taught Customer Success Architect with a passion for blending creativity with technical know-how. Imagine a cocktail of playful curiosity and professional driveβthat's me in a nutshell!
From a young age, I've been a DIY enthusiast, teaching myself the ins and outs of UX, HTML, CSS, and Javascript just for the fun of it. Who needs textbooks when you've got the internet and a curious mind, right?
In my teenage years, I took my entrepreneurial spirit online, starting my first business by selling clothes through my blog. It was a crash course in e-commerce and marketing that set the stage for my future endeavours.
At 21, I packed my bags and made the leap across the pond to the UK. There, I dipped my toes into the world of freelance marketing consulting, working with prestigious clients like the IFC World Rallycross Championship through Monster Media.
But that wasn't allβI cut my teeth in startups from SF to London where I worked in a SaaS company that was eventually acquired by DPD. Along the way, I had the incredible opportunity to partner with tech giants like Google and Intel, as well as major grocery chains, to agilise freight departments and streamline logistics.
When I'm not glued to my laptop, you can find me scaling rock faces or exploring the great outdoors with my two labs. I'm a self-taught botanist with a thirst for knowledge about the natural world, which led me to found Friends or Friends, an e-commerce platform for botanical enthusiasts. Oh, and let's not forget Plant Passporterβa game-changing import-export tool for botanical goods that shook up the industry in the best possible way.
So, whether I'm coding up a storm, scaling cliffs, or tending to my leafy green friends, you can bet I'm always on the lookout for the next big adventure. Want to join me? Let's chat! πΏπ
